The 2 firms are amongst the longest established and most widely respected on the Gold Coast. Bell Legal Group has been operating since 1955 whilst Halliday & Trembath brings 40 years’ experience into the fold.

Wealth of experience

Halliday & Trembath solicitors Tom Trembath Senior and Tom Trembath Junior bring with them a wealth of experience in an array of practice areas. Tom Senior will be joining the new firm as Consultant Solicitor whilst Tom Junior joins the Bell Legal Group partnership team of Rob Ffrench, Tim Elliott and Margaret Miller.
