Rob grew up in Sydney and joined a family legal firm there before moving to the Gold Coast in 1982. He is admitted to practise in both New South Wales and Queensland and has over 45 years’ experience in Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Technology Law, Business Sales and Acquisitions, Property and Commercial Leasing.
Rob has a wide range of clients in the business sector. He enjoys assisting start-ups, expanding businesses, and established older businesses. He has a strong focus on asset protection and inter-generational family ventures.
Rob and his team assist clients with sales and acquisitions of businesses and complex share transactions. He also has a strong focus on intellectual property growth and protection in Australia and worldwide.
Rob has strong community involvement and assists a number of Not-for-Profit Organisations. He was a founding member and director of the Australian Road Safety Foundation, was a founding committee member of Gold Coast Chinatown Association and is a proud Rotarian. He is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and is a Trustee of the prestigious Brian May Scholarship.
