Scarlett is a Solicitor in the firm’s Migration and Commercial/Investment division team.
Scarlett possessed a comprehensive educational background, having three degrees in the law industry, including a Bachelor of Laws from China, a Master of Laws from the United States, and a Juris Doctor from Australia. She was admitted as a lawyer in Australia in April 2023.
Prior to joining Bell Legal Group, Scarlett interned at a well-established boutique firm on the Gold Coast, specializing in Family, Criminal, Conveyancing and Litigation disputes. She also interned at a Chinese law court during her university years.
Since admission, Scarlett has mostly focused her practice on the migration and foreign investment fields. Scarlett develops customized immigration strategies to assist clients in navigating their immigration journey, providing clients with a high level of legal and migration advice.
Scarlett speaks Mandarin and English fluently.
