Meghan Borg

Meghan is a solicitor in the Property Team. Meghan grew up in Toronto, Ontario Canada and moved to Australia in 2019 to undergo her Law degree.
She has attended and graduated from Bond University with her Juris Doctor and completed and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University.
Since her admission, Meghan has practiced predominately in the areas of property law. Meghan has broad experience assisting clients in respect to:
- Retail and Commercial Leasing;
- Variation of Leases;
- Surrender of Leases;
- Drafting REIQ Contracts;
- Residential Property Conveyancing for Sales and Purchases;
- Drafting and reviewing Put & Call Option Agreements;
- Reviewing and advising clients on “off the plan” contracts;
- Reviewing and advising on Retirement Village Leases.
She looks forward to assisting any and all clients with their property law needs.
In Meghan’s spare time you can find her at the beach reading a good book, hanging out with friends or at the cinema.
