Mark Marais

Property Law

Mark completed his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business with Griffith University at the end of 2020, and his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Queensland University of Technology in 2021.

Mark was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2021 and has generally practised in Civil Litigation, Commercial, Business, Property and Succession Law.

Mark is a solicitor in the Property team working alongside our more senior solicitors assisting with a variety of property transactions. Mark is committed to providing clients with exceptional legal and commercial advice.
