Hollie is a solicitor in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team.
Hollie has worked in boutique commercial firms on the Gold Coast since being admitted into practice in March 2023 and has recently gained experience in insolvency law where she has developed a passion for investigating the financial affairs of an insolvent company and negotiating commercially sensible outcomes for creditors.
Hollie has experience in all types of commercial disputes, including debt recovery and enforcement, contract disputes, body corporate matters and property disputes.
Hollie is passionate about working with complex matters and developing niche arguments that benefit her clients. Hollie has experience working with a broad client base and offering tailored solutions and client-focused strategies. Hollie is focused on providing premium advice that ‘reality tests’ a client’s position and promotes cost-efficient solutions. Recognising the financial and emotional impact of litigation, Hollie prioritises clear communication and offers risk management advice to protect her clients interests and assets.
Outside of the office, Hollie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, fitness and travel.
