Hanyah Abdeen
Migration and Foreign Investment
Originally from Sri Lanka, Hanyah moved to Melbourne to complete a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Monash University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through Leo Cussen Centre for Law in July 2025. She was admitted to practise as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2025.
Prior to joining Bell Legal Group, Hanyah gained valuable experience through completing internships and placements with well-established migration and commercial law firms in Melbourne. She also volunteered at various community legal centres, further strengthening her legal skills and commitment to client service in the migration space.
She is committed to simplifying the complex and ever-evolving migration law landscape, helping clients navigate the process with confidence and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, Hanyah enjoys volunteering and advocacy in the community legal space.
