Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning

Emma is a newly admitted Solicitor and team member of the Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning team. 

Emma completed her Bachelor of Laws and Psychological Science with Griffith University in 2021, and her Graduate of the Diploma in Legal Practice with Bond University in August 2022, before she was then admitted to the legal profession as a lawyer in October 2022. 

Emma is the perfect definition of a Gold Coast local, only having completed all her schooling and university education just around the corner. You will often find Emma on her weekends out riding her motorbike through the Gold Coast’s wonderful hinterland or putting on a platter spread for her family and friends. 

Prior to landing with us at Bell Legal Group, Emma was a part of a small family run law-firm as a Law graduate that specialises in Insurance Law, Personal Injury, Mediation, Wills & Estates, and Civil Litigation. Emma has also spent various years in Community Legal Centres, assisting financially disadvantaged Gold Coast Individuals. 

Areas of Practice

Practising exclusively in Wills and Estates, Emma assists clients in in relation to:- 

• Estate Planning;  
• Binding Death Benefit Nominations;
• Enduring Powers of Attorney; 
• Advance Health Directives; and 
• Estate Administration.
