Tiinu commenced her legal career in 2022, working as a paralegal and law clerk while completing a Bachelor of Law degree through Griffith University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2025.
Tiinu’s experience is in litigation, including employment law disputes, consumer law disputes, debt collection and commercial law disputes. She has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in underpayment, general protections, sham contracting and unfair dismissal claims.
Tiinu is confident in appearing before the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, Magistrates Court, Industrial Magistrates Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Tiinu brings with her two decades of beauty industry experience as a business owner in Finland and Australia, giving her a strong commercial understanding in disputes.
Tiinu takes a commercially focused and practical approach to disputes, recognising that clients want clear advice and understand their options and risks. She focuses on providing practical legal advice that considers both the legal and commercial position, with the aim of resolving matters efficiently and achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
