Krisztian is an Associate in the firm’s Migration and Foreign Investment practice. He advises employers and individuals on Australian migration strategy, with a particular focus on employer-sponsored visa pathways, regulatory compliance, and workforce planning.
Krisztian works closely with business clients to design sponsorship strategies that are commercially practical and compliance-forward. He supports employers across the full lifecycle of sponsorship matters, from eligibility assessment and evidence planning through to nomination and visa preparation, submissions, and ongoing sponsor obligations, helping organisations reduce risk while securing and retaining the talent they need.
Born in Budapest and based in Queensland, he brings a cross-cultural perspective and is fluent in English and Hungarian.
