Billy Trembath
Associate - Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Billy is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Billy joined the team in 2020 after completing his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He became an Associate at the firm in 2023.
Billy has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, within both Queensland and interstate. His focus areas include restructuring and insolvency, debt recovery and enforcement, and building and construction. His practice also includes acting for clients involved with more general corporate, consumer, property, and contractual disputes.
Billy is passionate about simplifying complex disputes so his clients can consider his advice and make fully informed, commercial decisions.
In his spare time, Billy enjoys surfing, travelling, and playing in his band, who perform at small venues around southeast Queensland and interstate.
