From your first contact with us, we work hard to ensure that we have the right legal solutions for you. If our firm is not the best fit for you, we have a network of trusted advisors we can introduce you to.

How does this work?

From the outset, our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations with clear communication, understanding and purpose.

Meeting with you helps us to better understand what you need and how we will help you achieve your goals. We will send a clear letter of engagement setting out costs and outlining the scope of what you have asked us to do.

 

How do we charge for our services?

Your first consultation will normally be charged at a set fee and payable on the day. Following that meeting, you will receive an estimate of the costs, which may take you through to the next step or to the finalisation of your matter.

 

How will we keep in touch?

Communication is the key to all good relationships. Let us know the best way to contact you and we will do our best to reply to communications on the same day.
